Spencer Heights is located on the offskirts of Dublin, Ireland, cloaked in mystery - invisble to the world. Trapped amidst a war between Seekers and "Specials", students are shipped far and wide to hone their gifts. What makes a person a "Special"? It happens either at birth, close to puberty, or after. A hormonal trigger occurs - releasing endorphins and a rare toxin that then attaches itself to the DNA structure of said person. This manipulates their genes - coming from one or both parents latent genes - given the being uncanny powers.Who are the Seekers? The Seekers are an ancient group of people, known imfamously for the Witch Hunts of Salem - despite what your text books say, my friends. They have hunted "Specials" since the creation - or evoloution, if that be your case - of man. They may have powers of their own - no one is certain. They may even be stealing gifts from Specials they have defeated. The one thing most "Specials" know is not to make them mad. They just may kill you.
